Incredible customer service and suppo support!

I honestly can’t thank Paul and Tia at Tembo enough for everything they did to get my mortgage over the line. As a first-time buyer, purchasing a property in Scotland while relocating from England, the whole process felt overwhelming at times and came with a lot of extra stress and uncertainty. From day one, Paul and Tia were exceptional. Their communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring, and they always took the time to explain things properly — no question ever felt too small or silly. Whenever I felt anxious or unsure, they were there to steady me, talk things through, and make the next steps feel manageable. What really stood out was how calm, supportive, and proactive they were throughout. They stayed on top of everything, kept me updated at every stage, and genuinely made me feel like they were fully invested in helping me succeed, not just processing a transaction. Buying my first home could have been an incredibly stressful experience, but thanks to Paul and Tia, it felt supported, organised, and ultimately positive. I couldn’t have asked for better people to guide me through such a big life milestone.
