It's great

Freetrade has become my go-to platform for long-term investing. The app is clean, intuitive and makes it easy to research and buy shares or ETFs without feeling overwhelmed. I particularly like the low, transparent fees and the fractional shares, which let me build positions gradually without needing huge amounts of cash. Customer service has been excellent whenever I have needed them – responses are clear, human and actually helpful rather than canned replies. I also appreciate the regular product updates and educational content, which have helped me feel more confident about my decisions. It is not a day-trading platform and it is not pretending to be one – it is best suited to people who want to invest regularly and hold for the long term.
