First time buyers

We are first time buyers and Ben and Amy have been really helpful with the process so far and the gentleman who organised the initial call before Ben as well. The communication has been great, clear, quick and professional. Ben gave us a rough idea of what to expect and questions to ask later on which is rrally helpful.
