Excellent experience with Tembo

My experience with Tembo has been one of the easiest parts of the housing buying process. The online portal was easy to follow and meant I could provide information prior to a call to the broker. My broker Manny was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure he gave me all the information and options to help me make a full informed decision regarding which mortgage product to choose. I was also able to organise call times which were suitable around my work and home life, so really appreciated his flexibility with regards to this. Abbey became my case manager and kept me up to date throughout the entire process and was very responsive to any queries and ensure the process ran smoothly up until the point we received our mortgage offer. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends (in fact I already have!). Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
