Tembo has a great custoner service and app

Tembo has a great customer service team that are very knowledgeable with regards to helping find mortgage products that suits the customer. I have had the pleasure to speak with with them multiple times and in both instances have been great in finding me the perfect product suited to my needs and any changes to help increase chances of affordability. Their app has a great UI which helps track Lisa or isa product you have signed up for and useful information surrounding changes made by the government. I think it's very suitable for FTB or those looking to remortgage. Reviewed on: 7th February 2026
