safe, fair and good value

I found PayPal fair, very easy to use and rates for borrowing quite sensible. I trust them with security. The app is clear and easy to use and there are plenty of payment options to repay. There are lots of retailers that use PayPal as a payment or pay in three option and I also have the card which means I am able to use it anywhere else Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
