Fantastic product, great for managing money!

Having been a Monzo customer for over 10 years, their Flex payments make it much easier to spread the cost of big ticket items. It’s very easy to manage and understand, I never feel confused about what the process is and I’m informed at every step of the process. often, other providers make it confusing and difficult to understand but Monzo really have the customer at the heart of what they do and I find them incredibly straightforward. It’s not scary or overwhelming the process, and it helps me manage my finances better. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
