Ive used Monzo for a few years now, I moved from Santander, i have a personal account, a business account and a joint account with them. Ive had no issues at all, the customer service has been fantastic when ive needed assistance with an unknown transaction, always had a fast response. I love being able to pull my wages in 4pm the day before, I like how it also splits my wages into the pots ive set it up for. And when travelling abroad ive had no issues with using my account in different countries. My account has never been frozen or messed with by Monzo. I feel my money is safe in their hands.
