Monzo Bank have done a spectacular job since they came to be. As a customer from the early days, I feel very seen and valued whenever a new feature comes out and I get to trial it out (year in review, 2 years in a row). The fun challenges they put in for their customers are a great way to teach about finances and keep people involved. Their social media team is also fantastic. Most of us are unaware of all the people who make Monzo Bank the power that it is, but to all of you I would like to say thank you! Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
