Features like instant notifications, simple invoicing, and automatic expense categorisation have genuinely helped me stay organised without any extra work. Support is another big highlight. The team is friendly, quick to respond, and always helpful—exactly what you want when dealing with business banking. It feels personal, not corporate. What I appreciate most is that Mettle combines the flexibility of a modern challenger app with the reassurance of being backed by NatWest.
