RCI communicates with, and looks after, its customers

RCI has been consistent over many years in communicating with iots customers. For example every interest rate increase and decrease is clearly communicated. It also needs to be said that RCI bank remains very competitive in the savings marketplace. Withdrawals are sent out swiftly and any deposits acknowledged. I am a person who does not hesitate to move my accounts if I feel the institution where the money is deposited is not working in my interests. It speaks volumes that I have kept money in RCI's instant access account for many years and currently have no thought of closing the account. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
