My experience with Close Brothers.

I Had a 2 year bond which was easy to set up,received interest payment on exact day of one year anniversary and maturity payment on exact second year anniversary.I contacted customer services 3 days before maturity with my instructions to start a new 1 year bond with some of the maturity payment and spoke to a very helpful person who carried out my instructions within a few minutes.Full marks for efficiency,Many thanks.
