Great app, quick access to customer service, enjoy the occasional benefits like prize drawers. Looking to buy a house soon so excited to use the extra features offered for that. Only negative is that the interest rate on the LISA is not as competitive as it once was, especially when the sign up bonus has run out. As I plan to buy soon I'm not moving it but if that wasn't the case I'd consider moving it elsewhere. Although, I do have other accounts with moneybox and so would continue on as a customer in that capacity. I haven't had to withdraw from the account yet so can't speak on that.
