Only as good as your staff.

I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN COMPUTING ALL MY LIFE AS A LECTURER AND DEVELOPER. HOWEVER GETTING OLDER I AM NOT SO SHARP AS I USED TO BE. I had some problems when I messed up the logging into my account that I could not solve. I contacted the help number where I was introduced to Ms. Audrey Smith who had an amazing amount ot patience and after listening to my sob story was very pleasant and solved my problems very quickly. I was looking to open an ISA for my wife
