Great but needs less manual fee waiving process

Great product with lovely perks to choose from each year! The only downside is the fee waiving process is manual so shows up on the statement each month and you have to ensure after paying all bills etc you have money in the account for the fee so it doesn't take you into an overdraft. Would be great for the bank to update this to automatically waive fees for eligible customers Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Bad savings rates

Great customer service but saving rates have gone downhill that I had to move my savings elsewhere, not worth having savings with Chase anymore. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026
