Called Chase Bank to report phishing attempt...

Recently rang Chase Bank to report a phishing attempt from an overseas hacker who gained access to my holiday booking account on a well known accommodation website. My call was answered quickly, I experienced an exceptional service, no time was wasted. Action was taken to first check my account and confirm nothing taken. a lock instantly put on account and thencall transferred to an expert in banking security, who calmly talked me through the easy process to make changes and protect my current account. I was aided to make my account safe and usable again within a few minutes. It was this call contacting Chase in an emergency which proved this bank was both supportive, well trained and reliable in a time of real need, making the call I never thought I would ever have to make. I will always remember that experience with gratitude to the employees, who were the perfect representatives of this bank. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
