Reassurance

In July 2025, just weeks before I was due to leave the UK for three years of voluntary work overseas, I was unexpectedly informed by my existing online bank that they could only support my banking needs for a further six months. At what was already a significant and life-changing moment, this news created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. When I contacted Chase, I was immediately reassured that my plans would not present a problem. From that first conversation, the experience has been seamless and supportive. Since then, I have been consistently impressed by the quality of service, the ease of use of the app, and thoughtful features such as Round-Up. In addition, securing a highly competitive savings rate locked in for a full year has provided valuable financial stability while I am abroad. Choosing Chase has given me both practical support and genuine peace of mind during an important chapter of my life.
