Good customer service, very tough fraud team!

Good customer service, very tough fraud team! Been enjoying the boosted interest for the first 6 months in the savings pot, and the instance access makes it very easy to use except if you try to pay someone new a significant amount - then you have to jump through quite a few hoops to prove you are not being scammed!
