Excellent service across all services from PayPal

I had a very friendly customer service rep help me with a problem. They were super helpful and easy to deal with and sorted my issue out straight away. I have a credit account with PayPal too, which is easy to use and navigate. I also send money to my children overseas and PayPal makes that really easy too. I honestly have never had any issues with them, only great service :) Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

Such an easy app to use!

I use the app all the time and it’s so smooth to navigate and gives me all the info I need. I’ve got my 82 year old mum using it too and she finds it so easy, and loves the interest she can get on her savings! I recommend it to all my friends :) Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
