I moved from a HSBC current account to chase over 12...

I moved from a HSBC current account to chase over 12months ago. I was very nervous about moving because I had been with the previous company for over 25years. It turns out that the worry was utterly unnecessary and needless. The ease of switching, the simplicity of the online app and benefits that I received and are still benefiting from only made me upset with myself for not doing it sooner. I’ve only had to call on 2 occasions, both times was through to a really polite and helpful “human” and even though the issues were actually my previous bank’s failures (confirmed by calling them after speaking with chase customer support team - 25mins on hold just to add) the advisor from chase knew exactly how to resolve and had already put everything in place to get HSBC to resolve it prior to me actually getting through to get then to rectify. Sorry for the long winded comments however these days too many people are quick to complain, but never actually take time to praise when things go well. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
