Review of the Chase Bank, Savings:

Generally a very good online bank

When I first joined, soon after my savings account went up to 5.1% interest which was amazing, but now has unfortunately dropped to 2.25% so more than half which is very disappointing. If I ever need to speak to customer services they are always extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
