I'm dyslexic, not even I experienced any issues

The app is extremely easy to use and I'm dyslexic. It is also full of useful information which I'd normally have to jump through hoops to find in the apps of my other accounts which are Lloyds, NatWest and Starling. The language they use is very plain, simple and straightforward and as a result I've never had to contact customer services to ask any questions. I use my chase Debit card whenever I go abroad as I don't need to pay any additional fees to pay in EUR. I'd highly recommend. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
