I rate Chase as the best bank!

Chase staff are always there. When I have had cause to contact customer service I have found a first class service with issues resolved politely and professionally. I have confidence in the bank and their ability to look after not only my money, but also any issues that might arise. I love the cash back and the round up initiatives. It’s almost like two little savings accounts. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
