No nonsense customer service.

I get Instant access to an English speaking person who knows exactly what they are talking about , no faffing about, no timewasting with 'helpful' BOTS that could make a Saint kick a stained glass window in, no losing the customer in an endless loop of dead links and incorrect phone numbers, no disingenuous messages telling how important I am (excuse me whilst I vomit), just refreshingly straight forward customer service !
