Pros and cons - but predominantly pros

Customer service gives fast clear replies on the chat room, help to resolve your problem fast. Good interest rate on savings however used to be a lot higher which was my incentive to join the bank, it is a shame they reduce the rate and don’t seem to value you as a customer once they have you locked in for an extended period of time. Love the cash back on everyday purchases like petrol and groceries from current account spending. However again when you first join it was cash back wherever you spent your money for new customers. App is easy to use and moving money between accounts is. Easy to see current account on the app and transaction list in current account. Overall a fantastic bank that I am proud to use and recommend to everyone. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
