I’ve been using Countingup for my business finances...

I’ve been using Countingup for my business finances and, so far, I’m using it in quite a basic way – mainly for tracking income and expenses and keeping everything in one place. Even at that level, it’s been really helpful. It’s simple to use, intuitive, and saves me time compared to juggling spreadsheets. What I particularly like is how everything links directly to the business account, so transactions are automatically categorised and easy to review. It makes staying on top of cash flow much less stressful. I know I’m only scratching the surface of what it can do. Features like tax return reminders and automatic VAT returns are things I’m looking forward to making fuller use of as I get more familiar with the platform. It feels like it has the potential to grow with my business rather than me outgrowing it. Overall, even using it in a basic way, it’s already made managing finances more streamlined and far less overwhelming. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
