Helpful colleagues and a positive experience...

Plata were really helpful when I called to discuss my initial application and for the first few weeks where there was a bank account change, ensuring there were no delays. Thankfully I haven't needed to speak with them much since as everything has been smooth sailing but anytime I have, they've been helpful, positive and courteous! Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
