The best debit card for travelling.

I use it for travelling abroad. Very easy and stress free card for paying for different retailers and withdrawing cash all around the world. Customer service is the best. 24/7 from abroad to chat and waiting time for the call is always minimum compare to others. I had a transaction which I did not purchase and Chase automatically declined but block my card from fraudulent. They asked me to call them to unblock the card however I was in abroad and my phone provider did not allow me to call back to UK. Chase then tried to call me but my phone couldn’t receive the calls either. Cut the story to short I had to chat with my phone provider which took me way longer to find their contact than Chase contact from App. Finally I could call Chase but once I was holding their answer I chatted to let them know they could call me. Within seconds a lady called me and all problem were solved after a few mins. She stayed on line and make sure I could use my card as well as change my account details so that the declined transaction could not be re-charged as they believed that was not purchased by me. And very easy to organise where transactions are for different uses, restaurants, shopping, etc! I have used Chase for all around the world, last year I have been to at least 6 countries. And the money transfer to and from Chase to my other accounts is less than 10s. Sometime I have to do it while I’m queuing to pay or while paying at the cashier as suddenly find out not enough money in my Chase account. I don’t have to hold the queue or let the cashier wait, it just done and can pay again in very short amount of time. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
