Great App - easy to use

Really easy to use, transparent and provide reasonable credit increases based on usage and salary. Never had any issues with the app and setting up the account was quick and easy. No improvements required. Reviewed on: 1st June 2026

Amazing Customer Service

I had issues with a bank machine not issuing money and Chase customer care were amazing in sorting it. They communicated throughout and the money was returned within 5 working days. The 1% cash back and savings rate is also great. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
