Review of the Chase Bank, Current account:

Fantastic Bank!!!

Love the ease with which I can use my current account with Chase. Also love that I can’t go overdrawn so if I haven’t got it I can’t spend it. The message telling me what I’ve spent is instant which would also be really useful if ever I lost my card. Payments are very easy to set up and also to make to an existing payee. I love the card that doesn’t show any account detail. I also love the transfer between accounts process that is so easy to use in the app and the fact that my payees are accessible from all accounts, current and savings, so I can pay people directly from a savings account too. The 1% cashback is a real bonus on my current account and the qualifying pay-in can be to current or savings accounts. I love the round up account which pays 5% interest, then resets after a year- giving a nice little sum for a treat. Altogether, I’m very impressed with Chase bank and on the odd couple of occasions I’ve had to phone them, they have dealt with my query immediately and sympathetically. Excellent bank!!!
