Recently joined and it’s great.

I’ve only recently joined Chase, and the introduction offer of a boosted saving rate, plus cashback on every day spending like fuel or grocery shopping is a nice little extra I didn’t get with my previous bank. The app is very quick, and you get almost instant notifications regarding your spending, even when using Apple Pay or withdrawing cash. It’s nice to have insights on my spending whilst trying to be more financially healthy. The app is also very simple, easy to navigate and find everything, plus setting up Payee’s or Direct Debits. I even like the referral scheme which I used with my partner to get a nice £50 bonus for both of us. I have recommended to others who are looking for a new bank. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
