FBS Savings Products

Opened a Cash Isa on line. Rates are good and I found the website easy to follow and set up the product. The icing on the cake was the prompt service in FBS sending me via the post a nice 'Savings Account Certificate' for my records. This Certificate included clear instructions on how to add to my investment in the future. Thank you. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024

Gold Crown Service

Very professional an efficient organisation to deal with. The Family Building Society have also demonstrated great customer service. They answer the phone quickly, their staff are respectful, polite, professional, a pleasure to deal with. I wish more organisations could deliver like FBS. Reviewed on: 4th May 2019
