Phone access/small screen only, is no good.

Disappointed by lack of online website. Trying to organise paying bills etc is difficult on a small phone screen. Was expecting to have full page functionality on a PC to keep track of, and organise my account. Phone only is no good. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
