Started out not knowing how to find answers to my queries but after spoken to customer service in person,the explanations given and correct procedures followed then all came into places, excellent service always available when enquired especially twice when my mastercard a/c were scammed ,reported ,no shouting match...just promptly refunded after internally investigated !!!
