Underpaid/misled loyalty bonus payout.

I invested (despite a poor interest rate) £50,000 for the full two months qualifying period on a recent loyalty reward scheme. Expected £200 reward but only received the one month bonus (£125). Very disappointed I wish I’d kept it invested elsewhere. Suffice to say it’s been transferred out and I’ll not invest with them again….. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
