Chase Bank

Chase is good, the app is easy to use and is smart. The cash back offer on grocery, fuel and travel is good. The customer service is good, they respond quickly and I’ve never been left disappointed with the help I’ve received. A negative would be the savings APR has gone down so much that I’ve decided to move my savings to a different provider for better interest rates. This isn’t an issue as such but I prefer when all my accounts are with the same provider but this is more of a personal issue than Chase themselves. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026
