I have jad trouble with my account. Spoke with sutomer service and this issue was solved withing or should I say 5minutes by email aswell was solved. And next day I was emailed again asking if I need help in the future the agent was there to help me again if needed. Also I'm a panicker so being reassured threw every progress made it really easy. Best bank I've come across yet that's also building my credit. Which was 0 now over the mark I need to be at. Reviewed on: 26th May 2026
