A company I'd never heard off took money from my acc...

A company I'd never heard off took money from my account for what they called subscription renewal. I emailed the company & told them I'd not even heard of them but they insisted that I had, at sometime hit on a link to them & subscribed to £29.90 per month, I asked where they got my card details from & they said it would of been either Google-Pay or Apple-Pay. So , as I don't use either, I contacted Chase customer services & explained the situation. My account was credited straight away & they took over to stop reoccurring monthly withdrawals. Customer services kept me informed every step of the way as to how it was going which was very reassuring. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
