I had a problem with my card and they fix it straight away over phone by sending out a new one. once the new one arrived it worked as normal and haven’t had any problems since. The lady on the phone was very helpful, looked at everything to why it wasn’t working but as everything as working normally but the card wasn’t she decided to sent a new one to cover bases. She was very friendly and very helpful, I would recommends this to friend and family. To the point now my partner has an account with you and he had good customer services too. From start to finish. I had trouble with my card and advices me to try a card manchine which it works but not in any stores, they tried again there end but still the same issue. They the advise to sent out a new card. Now all is well and working. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
