Very poor experience with SAGA.

Very poor experience with SAGA. Obtained an insurance quote online which states that it will expire in 7 days. I go back online to the dashboard to take the insurance 5 days later and it has increased in price by over £300 even though the quote had not expired. Called them they say it is down to timing. Not a greater risk just they can make more money from you by giving you a quote and waiting until you take it out before increasing it. 85 year old and I have to deal with this. Shame on you SAGA just another scam! Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
