Got this insurance provider for my car and after for my home- since beginning I have problems to log in in my policy- few calls to technical support- answers still same as it is in progress and technical team will work on it. After 8 months of it i decided to not renewal my home policy. I informed them about it and left the policy expire and bought new one from different provider. 3 days ago I got mail about i own money for the renewal home policy what I didn't renew- called support- talk with representative and multiple time said I want cancel the renewal of the home policy again- ok they canceled it- fine. Today i found out they canceled my car policy as well - I never requested - for me they are done. I will definitely not recommend the provider to anyone - even the enemy.
