Good savings account incentives

I initially joined Chase due to the attractive rates it offered on savings accounts, and although, the rate at the time was temporary, the current interest rate is still better than most saver rates offered by other banks. The 1% cashback on groceries and transport is also attractive and does benefit though I do believe that it could be extended to more than just those two categories of Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Excellent Customer Service & Easy UI

I've received great support from the Chase customer service team on multiple different occasions when I was faced problems with my account details. I have always been able to get ahold of someone on the phone very quickly and the support given to me has always led to resolving the issue. It is also a great plus that the app is so easy to use.
