I have found the bank the most reliable I have ever...

I have found the bank the most reliable I have ever used. The online site is very straightforward and easy to use, there are never any suprises with the charges and balance. On the odd occasion I have needed to contact customer service, I have been able to actually talk to someone instead of a computer, and they have been helpful, friendly and efficient. It has given me confidence in the bank knowing that someone is there if I need them. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026
