The app facilities makes life so easy!

I haven't had much need to speak to a clerk inside Nateest branches, as most of my transactions are completed via the app. I do like how accessible the app is becoming and all the extra options you can complete. Although, it would still be good to have a branch local enough, if there was anything I really was struggling with. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026

Great way for your child to feel independent

I like the option given for account holders to have rooster cards for free. I have already mentioned to other mummies who are account holders and are looking for a similar card to apply for the rooster instead of any other brands. The app is straightforward and I like that with adult and the child can download it, to stay on top of their finances. Its also great getting notifications of every purchase made. They are also able to withdraw money from the cashmachine, which my eldest loves. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026
