My whole journey with Tembo has been great, from my initial appointment to having my mortgage approved I felt very supported by my mortgage broker Jennifer. My mortgage application was complicated due to various factors but Jennifer clearly explained what my options were throughout the process. I was kept fully informed at all times and felt at ease to ask any questions no matter how trivial they were. Jennifer was always accessible by phone and email, she and the Tembo team including Emma have made the whole mortgage application process stress free.
