First remortgage

Aidan took over our remortgage for us after we had a very bad experience with a broker at another company. The difference in levels of service, communication and transparency was marked and we really appreciated his advice and the speed at which he moved it along for us. The service from the recommended surveyor and conveyancer were equally good. I would really recommend Heron and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
