Avoid avoid avoid at all costs

Had a refund from an outside company paid back onto my Vanquis credit card. Despite 5 ( yes FIVE) phone calls requesting this be paid into another bank current account I’m still waiting 19 days later and have opened an official complaint.Theur South African call centre do not know the meaning of customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Reviewed on: 22nd February 2026
