I’ve had a couple of issues including a scam payment...

I’ve had a couple of issues including a scam payment and a change of business from sole trader to limited. Both times I was extremely impressed with the customer service option. 100% better than I’ve received from my other bank who have face to face options. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2026
