I opened an account and was happy until my account went overdrawn due to bank charges.I was not working at this time so therefore rang to see if I could pay in instalments as I could not afford to lose all my money from my benefit as i had children.They were very rude and would not help me at all.I was left with no alternative but to open a new account elsewhere.I would never recommend this bank if you get any financial difficulties,They will not help you one bit. Excellent Customer Service

I had some financial difficulties and my account went into overdraft on 2 accounts.I rang Natwest to come to some arrangement to get my accounts back in credit.They were fantastic and removed around 70% of all charges which left me to pay a the remaining in installments which was paid up very quickly.I even received a phone call after to inform me they were able to remove extra charges.I could not recommend Natwest enough for the fantastic help they gave me.I will never use a di...
