The application process was straightforward, and I felt like everything was explained properly — no confusion, no hidden surprises. What really stood out though was the customer service. Every time I had a question, the team were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You don’t always get that level of care with online companies, but Plata absolutely delivered.
